Bringing higher education to our communities in an accessible and affordable way

The PSEO program allows over 20,000 students to access a college education in Minnesota annually. PSEO works as a dual-enrollement opportunity for high school students to access higher education while in 10th-12th grade at no cost to them. Since the program's inception in 1985, hundreds of thousands of students have graduated with less debt in a shorter time window, spurring economic growth and opportunities in our communities.

How People for PSEO empowers student journeys

We empower high school students to accomplish their career and education goals by advocating and defending dual-enrollment programs in our communities.

We work with community stakeholders to protect and defend the legality of PSEO.

Our team visits local high schools to promote PSEO programs and bring awareness to its benefits.

We collect and create a hub of resources available to students interested in PSEO.
