Bringing higher education to our communities in an accessible and affordable way

The PSEO program allows over 20,000 students to access a college education in Minnesota annually. PSEO works as a dual-enrollement opportunity for high school students to access higher education while in 10th-12th grade at no cost to them. Since the program's inception in 1985, hundreds of thousands of students have graduated with less debt in a shorter time window, spurring economic growth and opportunities in our communities.
