Linda Slocum

Linda Slocum is a graduate of Washburn High School and earned her BA in Pyschology from Simpson College. After coming back to Minnesota, she earned her teaching licenses from Augsburg College. After spending 25 years as a Minneapolis Public Schools Middle School Techer, she went on to be a MN State Representative of Richfield and Bloomington for 12 years. She has been a participant in political and neighborhood based advocacy organizations for over 45 years - and has no plans of stopping!

In her free time, Linda spends her time reading, enjoying her adult daughters, walking her dog, and loving up her recently born grandson!
