Bryan Rossi has been a professional musician and educator all his life. He attended Washington University in St. Louis, the Sorbonne in Paris, and received his Ph.D. in Education Policy from the University of Minnesota. He taught French for 15 years and was a school principal and adjunct professor. In 2006, he joined High School for Recording Arts (HSRA) charter school as its Director where he oversaw both the academic and recording programs. In 2010, Dr. Rossi helped create Novation Education Opportunities, a single-purpose charter school authorizer. In June, 2014, he became the Executive Director of Rochester STEM Academy where the school went from 74 students to 140 students and one PSEO (Post Secondary Enrollment Options) student to 37 who passed their Accuplacer test and enrolled at Rochester Community and Technical College.
